No problem! The general consensus is to go with 1/2" spacers, and the 1/4" on the drivers side to account for Taco lean. I believe you can have both the 1/2" and 1/4" on the drivers side no problem. I recommend just calling Marie and explaining what you want, and they'll get you all set up properly @HeadStrong Off-Road

I have a stage 1 pro comp with 35s and I LOVE IT (for the most part) My truck has been regeared and I average 15MPG so does it drop it? YES but not by much. The stage 1 is a great lift to get started. I am going to be replacing the front with better coil overs and the rear with better leaf pack and shocks and maybe front ucas.... so I will be adding another 1500 into the lift in the future because the stage 1 drives rough... if you are ok with the rough steering then it is good if you have to have it drive smooth then I would take into account the more money for the add ons like me.... It pulls a little here and there and over bumps it is a little bumpy but it is a truck <_<

Do not listen to everyone who says DONT DO IT. DO WHAT YOU WANT!!!! if you spend a bunch of money on a 3 in lift and you still want to be at 6 inches then it will cost you more time and money in the long run.

Dude don't let these guys talk you out of a db. You need to talk to other db owners and browse the 6 inch lift thread we have. I did my db lift tires rims brake upgrades and uniball ucas for under 4K. You don't have to buy the best kit. You can piece it together like I did mine. And there aren't anymore costs down the road with a db that can't happen with a 3 inch. Once you lift your truck the geometry is all out of Wack with either lift size. And you will actually have better cv angles with a db than you would with a 3 inch since the front diff is repositioned. Pm me if you have any questions. Just realize 98% of the guys here don't care for db lifts PERIOD. So get with the guys that love them and have them.

A huge thank you to everyone on this thread who helped out this TW newbie. I installed my lift last weekend and I'm in love! Not only did I get the look wanted, it also rides better than the day I drove her off the dealership lot back in '06. Here's a few picks.

Great height and stance. How's this set up after 3 months? Do you experience any vibration issues? I'm trying to decide between the 885's and 887's to go with 5100's, Dakars and LR UCA's.

My recommendation is go with 885s. You'll barely notice that 1/2" difference between the two, and there will be less strain on your CVs

Of course they won't tell you. The are no better than car salesmen. Check around for better pricing too. I was betting shocks on sale for the wife's Chevy. A guy asked about a front spindle lift, they were telling the guy like $2500....

No poor OEM with vibrations myself. I did install a drivetrain spacer and a CB? Spacer to realign my CV arm angles. One thing is the Dakar leaf pack does squeak a little as everyone here notes but I honestly don't think it's bad at all. I only hear sometimes at slow speeds. It rides like a dream and sits exactly how I like it so for me it's a fair trade off.
