Never preload lift coils more than the 1st notch on 5100s. Some people agree and some will say dont preload at all and leave them at 0.

No. If you are 4x4, you can't lift over 3" due to the angle of your CV axles unless you go to a drop bracket lift.

If you are 4x2, look into maxtrac spindles. That'll lift you 4".

Either way, you won't clear 35s without doing some cutting, so be prepared for that.

May as well remove the shocks and install cinder blocks at that point.

If you want to leave the truck parked and just stare at it, go ahead. If you plan on driving it at all, do NOT stack lifts.... As mentioned, beyond 3" is a can-o-worms. Don't open it!

You'll have to resort to a drop bracket lift beyond 3" and I'm not a fan. 33"'s will rub, even with 3" of lift.....It'll rub when you turn steering, when you hit a bump, when you flex suspension off roading, etc....

Cab mount needs to be cut at minimum. BTDT, have 33"'s on my truck with 3" of lift.
