Right on dude that's awesome. It's super fun building all that stuff right?? Cool Moorpark is only about an hour away from where I live in Torrance. That's cool man, good to hear you like Flagstaff. From what I've heard and the pictures I've seen it looks like an awesome place!!

    Bumper v2 in the works.

Gonna be raising the front cross member and gaining a fair bit of approach angle.

Spring break has come to an end and my two free days have netted me this progress. Still got a little bit more to go, but I'm happy with the results thus far. IMG_5844.jpgIMG_5845.jpg

I like it a lot. It does everything very well for me. Good load carting capacity without being too stiff when the bed is empty. And hopefully when I do my new rear bumper and tire gate in a few months it will sit the truck almost perfectly level. My only problem with it is that it is my limiting factor for droop/ flex, but unless I go sua I think that's just gonna be the case.

Thanks. I only had one design flaw so far and it basically just forced me to make a decision on something I was torn about anyways. Other than that I'm excited to hopefully finish it up sooner than later, but spring break is over so I'm limited to weekends for working on it now.

Thanks. I'm still learning the bender and notcher so those pieces don't quite fit perfectly and pissed me off a fair bit lol.

Bumpers looking good man! I used to see your truck every week in front of your old job on my way to work. I had the access cab silver truck with and ARB front and probably one of the few EEZI-AWN's in Ventura county mounted above the bed

Just need to finish up a few welds and paint. Should be done this weekend. Leaving the sides open (for now) unlike my old bumper that I plated in. Got to have it a little different or why did I build it lol.

    IMG_5883.jpg IMG_5885.jpg

Now I just need to ditch the front cross member and redo my front skid for better approach angle.

And sell the old bumper and my rear so I can get going on making a new rear bumper too.

By far not my best paint job due to windy conditions but the bumper is at least done. Chopped the front cross member and now need to get going on a new set of skids.

Bumper looks sweet man. Reading the comments above and you consider doing a shackle flip kit you'll definitely gets some good flex with that.

    Thanks.

Yeah I think I'm about as good as I can get now without going spring under or going through the bed. Just gonna play with valving a little when the shocks need rebuilding.
