    Hey guys,
    I have a 2004 double cab
I had a 2.5 inch toytec lift installed a few years ago, I had the 5100 billstiens and an add a leaf.I'm pretty sure its still stock springs in front.
When it was time for my inspection, the garage said they needed to replace both struts, as the strut on the passenger side was leaking fluid. I ordered a set of Eibach shocks, Part number E60-82-005-02-10. The garage just called, and they said the front springs are completely compressed, and it looks like the strut is too long. This was recommended from Tirerack for my truck. Could they have the snap ring at the wrong setting?
If you can help a brother out I would appreciate it.

As an added detail, the garage said the billstiens were set to OEM lowest level, and they set the eibachs to 2.5" lift. But I run wrangler MTrs 285/70-17

    Toyota's are awesome
If they are stock springs there should not be any issues with height while it is on the truck. If you were on the stock setting on the bilsteins it will be the same setting on the eibach, which means its probably aftermarket coils. The coils on the stock setting will give you the lift.
