Ome coils were installed before I got the truck, not sure which ones though. How can I tell?
Is there any stamp or marker that will tell me on the springs?

    590 lbs unless they're 886.

Look for the tag on them and compare below. The 886 coils are the only ones with a different rate as @DCSBFTMFW stated.
