It's hard to understand at first but once you break down and just do it you see what you were missing before.

FYI I was talking about my profit on a GB for beanies. Kind of hard to absorb much though when everything gets shipped.

 

Thanks man! I really love it. Truly the hardest part is watching what I eat. My goal though is not necessarily to lose weight. It is awesome to see how much my body has changed, even without weight loss.

Amazing how much is psychology. Logically it's very simple, gazinta < gazouta. But then you have to understand and go after what can work for you.

 

I've lost about 10-12lbs in the last 3 weeks but I feel like I should have lost 100. I'm able to do a lot more in my day to day life and I'm stronger(suck it arthritis)so I am happy with the progress I've made.

 

Last night I pm'd the fellow member who made my bedside stickers on my truck. I needed to replace the one side where I got hit. Special ordered last night and he's sending them out this morning! If you all ever need any special made stickers @CBoy808 is a great guy to work with and makes a quality product!

This. Changing how I eat was hard for me because I would generally eat one large meal a day(dinner)and grab a sandwich or snack for lunch so I had to force myself to eat several smaller meals and also pay more attention to what is in them.

 

Getting new eyes? Go for the bionic ones.
