    I don't believe it, I had 2 catalytic convertors and a front leaking shock absorber replaced in less than 8 hours at a Toyota dealership warranty work, and your telling me a hood scoop glue job the truck was there 3 days,total bullshit man.

    i cant force you to belive it so i wont try (day 1 sits at dealer by end of business dealer send it to body shop, day2 gets glued at body shop sits for 24 hrs for full cure, day 3 taken back to dealer for customer p/u)

    so why are you complaining? if that's the time it takes to do the job right and you don't have to pay the Bill for the work whats the problem? and if you use the truck for your work they should give you a loaner replacement that you can use as a serviceable replacement till its done, in my business when a work truck goes in for any repairs I get a replacement loaner that I can use till my truck is ready.

    dealer has camery's corollas and prius v's... i had to vent... i had a 14 TACO TRD SPORT DCLB 4x4 and traded for this 16 because of the TECH. i feel like i lost a great truck and i did.. my gripe is everytime if fix something something else fall apart on it... im done with my rant

    why didn't you take your truck home and use it,until the Toyota tech was available? instead of being out of your vehicle till then, having a whistling door doesn't immobilize the truck

    There is a member who had his/her Tacoma lemon-lawed for the hood issue. This individual's dealer replaced MULTIPLE hoods trying to get it fixed. Others have had their truck outsourced to body shops by the dealer and then the body shop fucked up their truck with overspray. Toyota really needs to issue an official fix that DOESN'T include outsourcing to Tom, Dick and Harry's Back Alley Body & Chop Shop

    Maybe so but mine was sent to a body shop next to my dealership and one hour later had truck back and hood has not given me anymore issues.
