    Well my version is "hunters" pie since I made it out of ground moose...lol While I like pasta, we have had leftovers and pasta quite a few days now...so I had to have something different.

    NY strip, twice baked tater, cheesy broccoli.

    The Sous Vide is so good at cooking steak. It was a perfect medium rare.

    I cooked the ribs in a mix of soy sauce, chili paste, rice wine vinegar, honey, and spices so I mixed them with a couple ladles of that.
