Its made by brute force. The tire carrier uses the factory tire mounts, so it raises and lowers like the factory mount. Its also $750 for the rack... I am trying to add that into my design... Should be to hard, just have to relocate the mount and tire!

i have no desire to jump my truck! Maybe if i didnt have all the extra steel, and car payments then maybe...
