Whats up with the tail lights?? They look like they are off a Ford F-150....??

They look like they are off a 4runner, because they are.

 

I talked to this guy he lives close to my dad's, he gave me the prices on the front clip and the fibers for the front and rear. all the swaps are to 2nd gens, he also add the 3gn taillights.

Did no-one notice the massive in your face Baja side decal? Which was a 2nd gen specific model.

 

Sadly It's impossible to switch front ends , the Tacoma has the new impact zone and the 4Runner does not. I have both and I've looked into it seriously I've taken measurements it's just a no go

 

Not to mention serious body work to get the body lines on the door to match the fender.

 

That front looks less bulky than the Gen3 front.

Yup. Almost certain I saw this modification (4Runner front-end on 3rd gen Tacoma) done on some Toyota forum.

 

That's what a Tacoma would look like if Toyota hired Ridgeline designers.

 

Close but somebody would've tried to weld the cab to the bed

 

I call BS ! putting the 4Runner nose on the 3rd gen Tacoma , 2nd gen yes.
