Hey man I love my Baja Squadron lights thanks for getting me hooked up with them! I ended up with xenon depot lights for the low beams.

Since these have the mesh loops, can they be installed without removing the headlight?

So are leds the way to go? I hate my sr5 low beams.. after reading through this thread I still don't know which I should get. What's a good set for low beams that are around $100? I went on xenon depot and I couldn't find a set for my sr5.

I'm not sure on the sr5 I think you have a different bulb. I'm sure if you find an led bulb it will help in your size. If you don't have a projector housing though I would recommend just getting the highest grade halogen you can buy from auto zone or somewhere. Led needs help being focused to be useable IMO.

I do have projectors for low beams, imo they just aren't that good. I've had a few vehicles with projectors that were much better than these. Even my wife's kia has em and 10x better! I think the trd and sr5 are different, or wired different at least. I've heard you can't just swap out housings and expect the same result because factory sr5 setup is not the same.. I'll keep researching and see what I cam get with led. I did look at the morimoto hid kit, may give them a call.

A lot of people love morimoto 2 strokes and the opt7. The ONLY reason I didn't go with Opt7 was because of the fan/fitment. Check Opt7 out though they are closer to the $100 price point and are good from what people say. Good luck man!

I have the morimotos and love them. I think they put out something like 5,500 lumens which is a lot brighter than most other LEDs on the market. You pay a little bit more, but you get what you pay for!

Their customer service is really great too.

Where is everyone buying their morimoto setups? Is the vendor TRS? (obviously I saw the Morimoto site. Just looking if there was a vendor option)

Im looking at going a different direction as I have used PIAA Extreme White Plus' in the past Is anyone running these bulbs over LED's or the stock halogens? Also to clarify if I am ording I basically needs three sets? One pair of H11's for the low beams, one paid of H9's for the high beams and one pair of H11's for the fogs? Is that right?

How is the performance of these bulbs? I want to know if you two are still happy with them before I pull the trigger.
    Thanks a bunch in advance.

I'm happy with them. The throw is not better than stock halogen. I'd say it's the same.
What I'm happy about is the white light and the immediate brightness. It's a definite improvement, but no where near HID status.

Has anyone ever tried the h11 from GTRLighting.com? I been looking for a led hit for my lows and they just recently came out with a new gen of led bulbs. Was curious if anyone had bought some and tried them out on their trucks.
