Just purchased a 2001 tacoma v6 4x4 owned by a old lady...Payed 9,000 dollars (let me know if you think that's alot) she owned it since it had 85,000 reason I know she has all maintained records dated until 251,000, anyways 9/10 body interior 9/10 due to drive seat plastic broken other than that great shape and came with a camper +10 points now here are the pics!

nice looking truck, gold is one of my favorites

honestly if the truck is solid and has all records I think you paid a "fair" price even with 250k.
TRD isn't really needed but adds value and as long as the frame is solid (no rust)

Price is decent. TRD is a pretty big deal even if you don't need/want it. Miles are high but as long as the maintainance is good the engine will last double that. Welcome to the Brotherhood!

@frizzman thank you I also like tan or silver were my topinion choices and I can agree with you on the TRD option could not find any in my area with 4x4 and TRD all I was able to find was TRD prerunner and I'll take the 4x4 non locker over the TRD prerunner all day lol and about the rust zero on the frame also helps I live in northern California

So after having it for a while and looking through all the forums about suspension I ended up going with the toytec 3 inch lift with eibiach lift and 1 1/2 AAL and after this whole oroville dam breaking issue calming down I got them ordered and installed!

Ah that would do it. Not 4x4 and condition was good, had a front bumper and a nice headache rack. And yes v6 with no issues. Still a damn good deal.... I think lol
