    Got the gas mileage down to 13mpg! Modification complete
    I sure would..it's in your in laws spare bedroom right?...perfect...put the fan on high!;)

    It's been an interesting process to see this house being built. I've done quite a bit of remodeling and have had to point out a few issues here and there. Some of the upgrades have been worth it, but things like this fan box and insulating my garage are totally not, $1,700 for some damn drywall and insulation.... yeah no.

    I wouldn't but I'll admit I'm one of those overbuild it guys (maybe almost OCD about it).

    Does it meet code? How does it feel? Are framed 16"oc or?

    Is the builder concerned with inspection or is it about you paying him to add more structure?

    Hilti makes it among others

    I pretty much use Hilti foam in my gun exclusively , mostly their low expanding product for around doors and windows
