Driver Side Window Glass Runner 2010 Tacoma DCLB

Good day Taco owners,

So I've been hearing an annoying vibrating sound right in my left ear for the past couple of weeks that has been driving me crazy and have narrowed it down to my glass run channel. I have tried using 3M weatherstripping adheasive and double sided tape but that didn't work. I went and forked out the money for a new one and crossing my fingers that this will fix the issue.

I've looked all over the internet on how to install and can't find anything. Even looked in my Haynes manual and it didn't show anything. Has anyone ever replaced one before? When installing do I have to use 3m adheasive or if the new one has 3m tape already on it that I need to take off? Any kind of help is greatly appreciated!
