Sure does suck! Just ran to my truck haven't driven in 3 days -
    Seatlbelts - dry
    Floors dry
    Headliner dry
Door panels , soft and wet feels like carboard underneath the textured fabric and it's still damp

Good thread but a leaky roof rack would mean a wet pillar or headliner - I still can't think how it can down the door and into the back side of the door panel from the roof rack bolts / am I missing something or firing @ the wrong target

Question, how was your truck parked? Incline with a downward bias towards driver side or opposite with bias towards passenger side?

This shouldn't happen, but maybe enough water running downwards towards the rear window run channel on both the doors? I'd pull the door panels on the truck if you're willing to do it before taking it in.

Since it hasn't really been hot in Cali and the rain has subsided for a bit, you might be able to trace water droplets and if it has dried up, may find "dried" water residue near the rear portion of the window frame and run channel. I know taco tunes has YouTube vids on disassembly of both door linings. I've pulled mine apart. Really easy to do. Might want to try it and get the moisture out of the padded panels before the mold sets in.

Parked perfectly level on my driveway , I'm going to pull panels thanks for the info!

Ps - I'm going to get new door panels , I will go through whatever hoops needed. I plan on keeping this Yota for a while and mold mildew nonsense will always be in the back of my mind .

    Thanks for the input !!

Definitely fight for some replacement door panels after the leak is stopped, mold and mildew is some nasty stuff!

Yea you're right, automated assembly lines, are perfect and so are the humans on the line.

There is a tsb for the brand new RX350 for sunroof housing replacement, because they leak water and it drips out of the bluetooth microphone onto driver's lap but new cars are perfect.

Why not remove the door panels and drive like that for several days to possibly see where it the moisture is coming from?

yeah my 09 has had a leak in the rear glass since new (never knew where till the crazy rain just happened). Just had my slider pulled to be resealed and it piratically fell out after the screws were removed. Seems that the sealant adhered to the truck but not the window frame at the factory. 9 year issue resolved :facepalm:Go make it your dealers issue and drive that rental like you stole it!

Thank you, I've been slammed so I haven't had a ton of time but with this much rain it's been crazy , I found that all the rubber door seals actually collect water the way they are grooved - it appears to be a poor design opposed to having a repellent round design as in all cars in the past, it's more of a groove to lead the water down the door near the kick panel and such.

I still cant explain why my door panel feels wet and the fact that I still have condensation - but I triple checked every single inch of the windows and frames etc :ALL DRY

One last thing I realized actually tonight when I washed my truck was that my driver window gets soaking wet on the outside. The way it does when you wash you car and some moron rolls down the window and rolls it up. I know it's normal but mine is WAY more wet as than usual as if it's being dunked in a pool of water and rolled back up, Passenger side the same but rear doors NONE.

still boggled - dealer wont get it yet , I want to determine it better before they rip my interior apart and it becomes all squeaky and Ill fitting .i need to give em direction or it'll be a sh#t show

It's gotta be the Weather Stripping, how is not draining in the door going to cause his door panel to be wet? It's the weather stripping, window not going up all the way or something along those lines. Are your windows tinted?

I did that yesterday, spent an hour with gushing water and NOTHING not a single drop inside , my problem is so bizarre it's almost as my driver door is collecting the water internally but where is wet it the top of the door above armrest in the fabric portion - driving me mad

I read this post and checked my door to see if it was wet.....it was! I have no idea how, but I could almost squeeze water out of it. I pointed the heater vent towards it so on the way home it would dry, now there is a big faded/damaged looking spot where I ran my finger across the material to see if it was wet.
