GoPro choice

Which GoPro works the the best for our Tacoma's? In your opinions

 

I have the hero5. The newest one. They also make the smaller square one which looks interesting

 

They're all going to mount the same. Choice of camera itself is dependent on the features you need/want.

 

I have just the "hero" and it seems to work just fine.

Check out the Olympus TG Tracker. It's a bit more versatile than the GoPro in my opinion.

 

I have the silver hero 4. I bought on impulse. I have yet to figure out a use for it. I think I'm going to sell it and get a hardwired camera.

 

Look at a Adventure Cam. All the features at 1/5 the price.

 

I have the Hero, installed windshield mount and ordered the deck rail camera mount from Toyota

 

I have a Hero3+ Silver and it does just fine for me. 1080p at 60fps. Ive considered upgrading to the Hero5 because it has the video stabilization which would be nice.

 

I own the Hero 5 Session which I use on my motorcycle adventure rides, only problem is, the battery doesn't last long on this little guy. I've heard the bigger ones last longer, and you can change the batteries out. The longest I've ever gotten out of the Session 5 is an hour The 4k video is stunning though. It's just a pain dealing with, even on a more than capable computer & a 300Mbps internet connection!
