Yes, Very pleased with it. Some guys have complained about the Metra with the fit. My installer did not have a problem with it.

Looking to upgrade my 2011 JBL hu. Couple questions, did y'all tap into the oem camera for the back up, use a second one, or just stick with the rear view set up?

What about the mic for phone calls? I see many aftermarket snow come with it built it the faceplate. Does it work as well as the factory mic or can it be used in an aftermarket application?

Also does the JBL system amp only power the sub or all the speakers? I've installed many stereos but never dealt with a factory amp before.

I barely ever turn a radio on or listen to music. I only changed my stereo out so I could get handsfree Bluetooth to use with my phone. I put in this, it is a "Dual" brand. Cost $100, plus $24 for the wiring harness and dash kit. It is touchscreen, DVD, USB, MP3, Micro-SD, and standard aux in. It works, sounds as good as the stock CD player, plus didn't cost much at all.

I'm kinda uneasy about some of the lesser known brands but have been looking at cheaper options like this but my problem is I want to retain my steering wheel controls which requires another adapter, plus another for the factory amp. Winds up at least $100 in install gear. Then some of the cheaper brands I've researched don't work with the steering wheel controls anyway.

I don't blame you at all there. I know this stereo had the wiring to use with steering wheel controls. My truck doesn't have the steering wheel controls or the factory amp so I got to by-pass that part. There is one thing I wish I had bought, but I will add in a few weeks. That is the screen doubler. It plugs into the back of the stereo and puts your phone screen onto the stereo. It is an extra $45 or do, but will be worth it down the road I think.

What model is this? Have you tried streaming music at all? Does the Bluetooth work and sound good? I may look into this.

Bluetooth sounds awesome, I am connected to am iphone6s. I will be honest, I haven't streamed music to it other than from a USB flash drive, it worked great for that. It is a Dual XDVD-256bt. It is more than what I hoped it would be. It came with a remote control too.

I saw a DV526bt for $120 on Amazon and Walmart but had some sketchy reveiews saying the bt wouldn't stay connected. No issues with yours?

I ordered this one on Tuesday from Crutchfield. Does anyone have it or have any thoughts on it?

So for everyone that had factory Bluetooth and went aftermarket, did you use the new microphone or were you able to tap into the factory one? If using the new one does it work and sound as good? Where did you place it? Thanks.
