    For @Nicetacobro

And the RI wheeling spot is only 15 min from my house, if people wanted to take that route and finish the day with some offroad activities. Also only 15-20 min south of the tobias location that you guys meat at last year.

Weve got power if we do it at my place. I def would not be avail to do on may 6th as im planning a benefit for my mom who is currently going threw chemo treatments , or june 9th to 16 as ill be out of the country. If people are down its more than doable any other weekend. Also i host a outdoor laborday party of 100 people every year so number of people is not an issue as long as outside.

This sounds like a great spot. I'm sorry to hear about your mother, it's such a terrible disease. It's great that your able to organize such an event to support her.

    Yes
That is doable. We have done it before. Put 1 or 2 people per corner and it gets done in an hour or two
Man this is so awesome of you to offer that! How does May 20th or 21st OR June 3rd or 4th sound?

Also I have a couple of ideas. We could do the food a couple of ways, either as a potluck type of thing where people bring stuff/food (plates, cups, napkins, food/drinks etc). Ooooor if Adam willing to do the food, have Adam provide everything and we pay him per person. These are just ideas and of course I am not trying to put Adam on the sport here. Everybody would completely understand if Adam didn't want to do all that work. Either way I say we make a donation to help his family pay bills. It is so kind for him to offer his place for us. Maybe we could do like a $10-$20 per rig if we do a potluck and maybe a $20-$25 per person type of thing if Adam is willing to do the food by himself. I know I will have at least myself and Jacob with me.

    What do you guys think?
