Noisey and a taint of smell but it does the job. It's 50 out right now but 80 in the garage. Trying to get rid of moisture in my tool boxes. Setting is on low but with no insulation during the cold weather it won't give even heat so that's why im thinking of a remote t/stat

I was in plumber butcher wood mode and had to stop and think.
I flipped the counter over with tape on exposed side and went and got a new blade. Had to cut it and have it in kitchen before wife gets home.2017-02-25 14.32.28.jpg

Damn Mike you had me worried there for a minute. But see you fixed it

Wouldn't have you any other way except how you really are. And hope that your wrong and 2017 isn't as bad as it looks. Keep your chin down and protect it, never understood those that say keep your chin up, that is just an exposed target. Sounds like your taking more than enough blows. That sucks.

You know we're all here for you and won't care if you rattle off pages of vented frustrations. I could go off on a rant about computers myself ... but that won't help you any.

Hit me in a PM if you want rattle off outside the public stream here.

    Nice!

Take care of you ... thoughts and prayers.
All in ... Attaboy, I like your commitment ... and I'll throw in a small prayer for your wife's approval. ;)

I'd say something about clearing my drive, but compared to @Mike ... I just need to sweep up a little.

The whole time I kept thinking at least it isn't ice! ;) Actually there was a thin layer about a foot up in it but not enough to cause a problem. I hate ice more and more each year and each storm. So not really complaining so much about snow.

Got the grills ready to go and deck done, the sun and warmer weather coming will take care of the rest. It is almost March after all. Those May snow storms are a kick in the groin and hope they stay away from everyone this year.

Looks nice, that is my next project was going to go look at them this weekend. Not sure why but mine seem low although measure standard height. I want to look at one at HD that is listed as one inch taller than standard.

This one is "chair height". Definitely taller - comfy as long as your over 5' tall. American Standard Vormax. Anything with a combo of vortex and maximum must be... (I hope). I replaced a 5 gallon unit from, I think, 1952.

So I decided to try cordless tools again. I learned to hate cordless to the point of throwing a Makita set in the trash. Batteries were junk, the tools were gutless and I was just fed up. I'd tried others brands in the past but was not impressed in the least...and the Makita set was already on my truck when I started.

So now, after watching what my seasonal guy does with his DeWalt 20v, I'm not totally sold on all of it, but I really like the 1/4" impact driver/ drill and the 1/2" drill/driver so much I went and bought that combo set today. He has a larger impact I will also add eventually, but this is good for now.

I did learn there are different models of the same item style, so if you go there, do some homework before you plunk down the cash. The better stuff is pricier but that's where the better gear is. Brushless motors, better chucks, more life out of a battery charge.

The Xfinity race at Daytona is running out of cars and the race is no where finished yet . Even the Track safety crew is worried they don't have enough speedy dry if any more cars crash out

They are handy. After my friend told me the following, I've never charged mine unattended again. My friend's dad was the manager of the 1.2 million sq ft former new departure manufacturing building in Bristol, Ct. My buddy stored his cars there and had a workshop. He left his DeWalt battery charging and it caught fire. Only thing that stopped the building from burning down was the fire rated door and the fire alarm. The entire work shop - gone. Nothing salvaged.
