Come down to AZ and buy an old toyota from some retired /nursing home bound bluehair. Find one that's been in the garage for 20 years+

O.k. smitty, this should make you feel really good. Going to Whataburger to get some dinner in my wife's rav4, with my wife driving, sitting at a stop light next to us is a new F150. My wife looks over, pushes the sport button and waits for the light. I just sit there smiling and thinking, this is why I love this woman. Light turns green and she lets him have it, pulling away quickly, a few lights later, he catches up and won't even look our way.

Or a Turbo Escape lol. My wife went with an Escape because the Rav4 had trouble on the highway passing.

We have a 2015 Rav4 and it is very impressive on the highway, comfortable and plenty of power to keep up and pass when needed.
And apparently very responsive off the line too.:D

We looked at a brand new one in December. The I4 wasn't bad but we commonly have 60 mph winds here and into them the RAV4 could barely hold speed on the highway let alone pass. Only the Tuscon and Escape felt like they had enough power into the wind. Both kept gear into the wind and could still pass on a two lane undevided highway into the wind.

Got the gas mileage down to 13mpg! Modification complete
Seems like a lot of apples to oranges going on here...compare the passing or keeping up with a Tundra...you would be less disappointed. F150 is a full size 1/2 ton truck with a shit ton of torque and hp. Seems like Toyota is trying to go for gas mileage...they are just catering to the masses.
