Correct. Snap in, no screws. Haven't produced it yet. I'll be doing this shortly. Just finished up all the computer designs. I'm making at least the 10 V2 for myself.

I've been tweaking the designs a bit. Both 5 and 10 button models can be made to be without screw holes as well, the buttons themselves just won't be as recessed as the V2 models. Thoughts?

If the buttons stick out about the same amount as stock buttons do, its probably fine. I like the idea of no screws. Also it would be a nice touch to provide a template with the bezel so the user can cut the hole just the right size for the bezel to snap in securely and not move around.

the console itself has a curvature to it.

Im curious how that will be taken into account.

Is the material flexible enough to lay flush along the curvature? or will it lay flat with it not sitting against the console at the ends?

Yes I am taking the curvature into account. That was why I was tweaking some of the designs. In the next week or so I should have the first prototype to try out.

I just finished up the designs to account for the curve. Time for the first prototypes to be produced.

After going through these designs, it dawned on me that six button and eight button panels could also easily be made.

I'd have to go out to the truck and look, but an 8 button would probably look less 'busy' vs a 10. But people need however many buttons they need.
