Any Recommendations on a Tire Cleaner?

    Dawn is great for drying out plastics too. I imagine it has same effect on rubber. Don't need Brillo pads if you have the proper product.

    Old thread, but Ajax and a stiff bristled brush will make white lettering look brand new regardless of condition.

    :D Childhood memories right there. Grandparents would have me clean the white walls on the Caprice as mentioned above.

    Tell me about it... My father always had white walls on his Buick and it became my job to keep them as bright as a child's smile. Memories for sure, and tennis elbow too haha.

    My goto for almost everything is Meguiars AP Cleaner and Super degreaser. You buy them both buy the gallon and you can dilute both of them to different ratios to meet all your needs.

    Interior, exterior, engine, wheels, tires you name it with two products you can clean everything.

    I still use a separate wheel Cleaner for wheels that are not maintained and coated but for the rest I just keep with Meguiars AP and SD

    helps keep your cost down and the number of product you keep on hand
