Mine doesn't make it "yet" or I have not hit the right conditions. Only at a year and a half and 15,000 so I have some time yet to get it covered before warranty is up.

    VIN, not year.

A lot of these TSBs will tell you it only applies to certain VINs, regardless of year.

I got tired of the kazoo so I took it to LHMiller, they drove for it for nearly 30 miles and heard the kazoo, they
    ordered the tsb.

    2003 4 door.
I had a winter road trip and a ton of memory foam spare parts.
I tucked slivers under the flap of the om seal and it was awesome.
It lasted the trip but got wet and I took it out.
Only sharing for the temp fix and might be possible to put something more perm under it.

Does anyone know if the TSB extends to 2016s? I bought a used 2016 this weekend and we have strong crosswinds today. The kazoo noise really surprised me!! I can replicate it with a cross wind and about 80-85mph. pushing on the window changes the noise. In fact, I would have sworn it was the window seal causing the noise until I read this. I'll have to go find a plastic bag and start testing.

I feel kind of petty writing about this topic but I'll share my experience with my local dealership regarding this issue.

After countless hours reading everyone's personal accounts with this topic, I decided to drop my truck off at the dealership and see if I could get a couple things fixed that had been bothering me.

The kazoo noise being one of the issues (although I found it more entertaining to hear on random occasions). Since you guys posted a legit tsb, I wanted to test the dealership and see how they'd respond.

Incidentally I've only heard it a handful of times and about 5k miles ago I had the dealership throw on the oem roof rack while waiting for something else to get fixed(my fault).

Knowing that, I was 90% sure they'd try to blame the whistle noise on the rack.

Sure enough, after 12+ hours with my truck, I get the call.

The service guy on the phone gave me a very detailed and elaborate explanation about the curvature of the OEM rack and the way the front plastic portion attaches and had a little lip covering and blah blah blah.

I chuckled, told him thanks for his help and their time and I'll pick the truck up after work tomorrow.

Little did he know, I've read exhaustively about this dumb little nuscance and there are plenty of other who have the exact issue.

I heard the noise long before the rack, but at this point I didn't feel like dragging it out any further, they had my truck for 12+ hours already. Ontop of that I had them
Checking a ton of other things that have come up over time.

They didn't resolve anything this time around.

Although to their merit, they've done a lot for me in the past. Perhaps I'm the first to come in with this "issue"(doubt it)

Either way, thanks to you guys I have enough info to take care of it myself with good results instead of tearing things up myself.

Although I do look forward to potentially have a quieter cab, a small part of me will forever miss the sudden surprise kazoo attacks.

They finally got the tsb in, a month after the ordered it and then lost it. So far so good.
I'm not impressed by LHM so far. I took it twice to get the 30k done and still have not done it.

I think (hopefully) the TSB has officially cured my kazoo. LHM still hasn't done any maint on the vehicle.
I'm going to take it to Santa Fe.

First, I need to give Props to ramonortiz55 for posting the TSB. I've had the awful "Kazoo" noise for 2 years, mines a 2015. Went to the Dealer, TSB in hand, they ordered the kit. Took 4 days to get in. Just got back from the dealer and have to say no issues. Yet. First impressions, front doors close a bit harder with the new weather strips. Not bad, I just notice a difference. I'll post back in a few weeks with results.
