    2011 Taco;
    Current front setup is Toytec Ultimate coilovers and 5100s with 600lb Eibach spring. Rear is 5100s with Icon AAL. I have a Brute Force bumper + Warn on the front. 600lb spring is weak sauce.

    For Front: I am looking to order 650lb Eibach springs ($180) and new 5100s. Is there a better option for the same price?

    For Rear: I am looking at getting Dakar leaf pack for the rear but am stuck on what shocks to get. Original plan was 5100s, thinking I need something different(longer) for Dakars now. I was to remain in the same budget realm.. so some other Bilstein or go with OME nitrochargers?

    There are several notable threads in the build forums that detail the issues, but many find the OME shocks to be limiting travel as compared to the Bilsteins.

    I'm a little confused about the Toytech coilovers AND the 5100's with Eibach springs on the front.

    I'm most pleased with 5100's and OME 885 coils. With the weight of a winch and bumper, it's suggested that the OME 886 is a better solution, but they are NOT recommended for use with 5100's (Too high rate....5100's don't have enough rebound dampening)

    So...I probably added MORE confusion. That's who I am! :anonymous:

    @Bluegrass Taco, the Toytec coilovers are essentially Toytec's adjustable housing/apparatus, I don't know what you call it, with an Eibach spring and Bilstein 5100 shock.

    If the full OME setup is better than the adjustable Toytec but roughly the same price as a 5100 + heavier spring, then I will just replace the coilovers with OME shocks and springs but I don't like the idea of losing the adjustability.

    @HeadStrong Off-Road, you guys have an opinion? My thinking: 650lb Eibach spring to go in my Toytec adjustable & 5100s. OME Dakar & 5160s... thoughts?
