Not everyone. The map works fine for my setup (M/T, no other mods). Installing it with the tuner has its quirks - but I have no issues.

Ditto. A/T and no other performance mods other than a MBRP cat back.

There's a positive note. If it doesnt work for me, than I will try the dealer flash.

It would be just a try, I don't know anyone who is succeeded to get reflashed it after Bully Dog flash.

If you flash with the Bully Dog and it doesn't work, you'll need a new ECU to do the TRD flash.

The Bully Dog uses the same calibration ID as the TRD flash does. If you uninstall the Bully Dog flash, it still leaves the calibration ID behind. Essentially, the what the Bully Dog does to the ECU cannot be fully undone.

The Techstream CUW (calibration update wizard) will see the calibration ID that the Bully Dog left behind and it will think the TRD flash is already there when in reality it isn't. This prevents the calibration update wizard from doing the flash.

Has anyone considered re gearing with the supercharger? If so, what size would you go? I just installed the Toytec Boss 3" coil overs and 1" body lift along with the Magnuson S/C and 285/70r17 KO2s. The truck is a TRD sport (auto) with 373 gears. Would 456s be too much torque or should I go with 410s? Truck runs great, just always want a little more..

Thanks, @FinnJ @loginfailed. Another question. I've read some people have installed the SC then drove to the dealer for the TRD reflash. Should I get the flash first, then install the SC?

I installed the S/C first then limped the truck to the dealer for the flash with no issues. I just did this Friday

Yea, I know you and a few others have. I was just wondering if it was possible to do it the opposite way. Flash first, then install SC. So I can just install the unit and BOOST! HAHA!

Hmm, I don't know to be honest? I know you will be happy with the results! Especially, if you get the smaller pulley and fuel pump! I love the whine, never gets old

Yea, HAHA! That would be the plan. I'm not running anything extra except for a TRD exhaust. I can't wait to be part of the club!

Yes, worth the money! The truck runs great even with 285s. Nice torque down low and spins the tires pretty easily. Getting my headers installed today

Excellent! I'm running 285s right now as well. What kind of fuel pump are you running? Walbro 255lph?

Check ur sock filter... im curious if u find any steel curls, like left over from someone drilling steel. I did, and was told it was sadly common by a tech.

Hmm, didn't know that! Where is the sock filter located? I'll certainly look and see.

It will be on the stock pump, you will see a white sock (small)...cant miss.
Its no huge deal, im just curious is all.

U should notice a quicker pickup from coasting to wot.
I was unaware of the difference until we did the fuel pump swap, and i drove it around. Came close to an intersection and i was in a very safe position to go from cruising to a quick stomp as the light turned yellow. Safer than slamming the brakes, you know the routine when ur at a certain distance.. The truck picked up much quicker than before.

You may not notice you have a lull, until you have something to compare to, and the new pump should open your eyes.
