I have everything to lift my truck but I need help choosing the wheels and offsets. I have the front rancho quicklift in the front 3 inches. And I'm getting Bilsteins and aal in the rear. I want to run 18X9 and 33-12.5-18<--- and please don't give me a lecture on the tire size. I already know I'm gonna need to trim a lot. I need to know what the best offset would be with my set up? I was looking at these with a 0mm offset.

Google tacomaworld.com followed by the question you have.
Sometimes it just takes some time and effort.

-12mm offset and 4.5" back spacing would be better if available.

    Anyone seen my wallet?
Youre going to want -6 at least, -12 will be better. There was someone here on a 12.50 tire on 9inch rim -6 that cleared UCAs but id get -12 to be safe.
