    Oooooh, I'm going to revive this thread from a year ago...

    Was it ever determined whether or not the TonneauMate can be made to fit in a Tacoma? Truxedo says Tundra and T100 only.

    I started another thread elsewhere asking about crossover boxes and soft tonneau covers. I do like my tri-fold tonneau and a box like the TonneauMate might make for a pretty good compromise. Keeps the rigid cover but still allows for long items to be slipped underneath. What I really like about the TonneauMate is the single latch that can be operated from the driver's side and without having to climb into the bed. Genius! Probably not the most secure, but it's hidden under the locking tonneau, anyway.

    Contacted Truxedo and they said their TonneauMate will definitely not fit the Taco and they currently have no plans to make a smaller version.
