    Mods coming soon...
I have an intermittent headliner rattle in my DCSB that is annoying as hell. It is coming from between the interior light & the rear slider. It sounds like the plastic backing is vibrating against the sheet metal. Been to the dealer a half dozen times & each time they fail to replicate or give me the "it's normal" BS.

Anyone know how to drop the headliner on these?

I recall seeing several guys on here with the same problem, I think the problem was glue pulling free and then allowing the wire bundles to bounce around. I believe you can pull the overhead console down to get to those unglued wires.

I have that too. Mostly noticeable when driving on washboard roads. I have got in the habit of just pressing against the headliner to stop it. I swear when I just lightly tap against it I can hear the rattle. I haven't tried digging for it or going to the dealer yet.

My DC rattles when the sunroof is open and the slider is back. Does not rattle with slider closed. When I put pressure on slider to hold it still the rattle stops.

Just been turning up the Metallica louder:rockband:

Yes it does. No screws, just a plastic push clip on each corner. Use an interior trim tool to pull it straight down. Easy!

Along the same lines, has anyone notices when they have the front window driver side down roughly half way that it vibrates and makes a rattle like noise?

Yup. I get the same thing. Sounds like something is loose and rattling around when I hit any bumps. I either keep the window all the way up or all the way down. I only get the noise when I'm between those two positions.

I now have this rattle from the sunroof area. Has anyone pulled down the headliner and sourced it ?

I just found mine. It was the part the flips up when the sun roof is open. It rattled against the frame.
