What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I ordered mine, premium, right before Christmas....took 3 weeks total. I did talk to Honda via email. Premium knobs they were overwhelmed with orders.
Agree, one of the best mods for the Taco.
Hated those tiny stock knobs.

 

Since I am getting those same wheels, did you need any hub rings? I know the wheels I bought say 106.25mm bore size and our trucks are 106.1mm.

 

My install of a blue Switch-Pro. I love this thing and matches the OEM back lighting perfectly. A great company with great customer service. I can't recommend them it enough.

The TRD sports give you a very clean install option. Fits perfectly on the overhead Console without any cutting.

 

Dropped off my truck for a window tint, the guy that runs the place rides this monstrosity. Jealous is an understatement. Imagine picking up your groceries in this! I thought I had the ultimate grocery getter.

I'd recommend getting in touch with Headstrong Off-road. They have great pricing and ship free to lower 48 states. Plus they're good people, so they'll take good care of you and answer any questions. Price depends on if you get strut assembly or not. I did because I don't have access to a spring compressor and I'd say it was money well spent. 6112s are worth every damn penny...the ride is SO good...I mean even on road it just feels so much better than stock.

 

It's the OME Suspension with Dakar Leaf Springs. Ride is excellent

 

I installed the eBay Volkswagen bundle that I found on this forum and am very pleased. No more slipping from the factory all weather mats and a fairly easy install. I like the clean look.

The truck looks tight man, great job! Did lift the rear at all? If so, did you go with the extended length 5100s in the rear? Thanks in advance.

 

Thanks, No lift in the rear. I just used regular 5100's which don't provide any lift.

 

I'd guess that .75 could likely settle after a few weeks to a month down maybe .25" (1/4")

This terrifies me!! I worry about putting everything back together and having some strange rattle or squeak that I can't source....

 

All that's involved is cutting a round hole slightly smaller than a quarter in your mats and clamping the 2 round pieces together. I then lined up the screw piece where I wanted the floor mat to sit and lifted the floor mat away and hand screwed them into the carpet until they got snug. The screws threaded themselves through the carpet.
