    Will Adding a Leaf raise the back? (front will look lower?) I would like my truck to look leveled if I decide to AAL. TIA

    Yes it raises the rear only. I believe stock the front is about 2" lower than the rear, maybe a bit more, so depending on the AAL you go with you can brain the math on what's needed for the front to be level.

    It's usually 1.25-1.5" of rake, so far as I've seen.

    Ah yes, I had 885's and it was level but I forgot I had an AAL back there at the time.... 885's w/o AAL would be bro-tastic! I stand corrected.

    3" lift. 33" tires. Headlight Retro, intake, exhaust
    Did mine yesterday using this and was pretty ease. One side took me an hour first time and another half couse I put stock shim from bottom between aal and stock leafs. Other side took 40 min. I also did shocks so that added some time.

    When my frame was replaced they had cut the bolts to recover my non-tsb AAL's, and because of that they had to give me my truck back without the back lifted.

    I still have the AAL sitting in my garage, and my bro-lean is to the max.

    If I buy new bolts and put back in my Toytec Non-TSB AAL into my new TSB springs, will I have any problems? other than more lift that expected? I don't mind if the rear is higher than the front, in fact I prefer it.

    There may be clips in the way. The best you can do before buying/installing anything would be to get under the truck and set your AALs up next to your new leafs and see if there might be any interference with the clips.

    its basically a bolt that is a "cut to fit" style. but the head of the bolt is in the shape of a circle, you wouldn't be able to get a socket on it even if it was 6 point bolt. when you get the nut tightened to the proper torque of your choice, you can do what I did if you like, i left about 1/2 inch of threads and cut the rest off with a dremel tool. then put the bump stop back on top of it and everything fit together perfectly.

    I had the deaver but its currently snapped in half on my garage floor.....so I may be the wrong guy to ask

    3rd Gen owners - these instructions will work for your AAL install. I just did my Deaver single AAL and followed the steps, except that you don't need to remove the bolt for the brake lines on the axel.

    I have the same question. Did you guys cut if off? I'm just hesitant to use the dremel right by the brake line.
