After Market Tail Lights

I have seen multiple 2nd gen tacomas driving around with the smoked tail lights. Are there any available for 3rd gens? Or is there a way to give your OEM lights the smoke look?

Hey OP.. Don't do it like me...
I put mine in the fish smoker while making some nice smoked trout... The T/L's turned out real nice, but I've now had Racoons and Bears messing with my tail lights... (bites/scrapes and slobber all over)...
Any suggestions..??

I personally like things brighter and more noticeable, so i will not do this. But i have considered brlm without tint.

 

Yeah, I think a bright tail/brake light is possibly helpful.. Like when some A-Hole is tailgating you and you step on brakes for a moose on the road... If he can't see your "tinted" lights he hits you... you hit the moose... you get a great dinner, if you can get away quickly before the Moose cops show up... BUT.. that A-hole that hit your TG needs a good beating, but he says he could not see your modded lights... and beats the shit outta you... Who know what happens to the moose now, eh..??

Please don't paint/vinyl/len cover etc your lights. You might think it looks Super kewl and totally custom... but you are only degrading the light output(which keeps you and other safe). But, Do as you will....
