I have a DC SB 2016 Tacoma and after review of a bunch of threads having a difficult time finding a good 'overall' comparison between these three major brands.

I realize each brand has different specific models but things like overall quality, paint match, durability of windows, locking mechanism might be distinct between each major brand. General feedback appreciated.

We just went and checked them all out. I suggest doing the same. Biggest difference we noticed was how nice and beefy the snugtop lock setup was. Also that it was available with keyless entry using toyota key.
Big difference in price between dealers so once you have it narrowed down to make and options...shop the different dealers if you have them!
