Hello everyone I've purchased a 2004 tacoma xtracab 4x4 and was going to lift it with a icon stage 1 coilover kit and dakar leaf Springs I got half way through purchasing my lift components and decided I really need to buy a double cab just had a baby. so what im trying to do it put the Dakar Springs on my current tacoma and do some sort of budget lift for the front and sell it for a double cab but I'm trying to figure out if I put the Dakar Springs in place of my stock leaf Springs would a 2.5" lift spacer in the front coils level out the vehicle? Because at the moment my front end is lower than my rear on stock suspension

why not keep the Dakars for the DC purchase?

also there is usually a little "rake" with the rear being higher.

That's true I should probably keep the Dakar then just buy a leveling kit for the front see I'm just trying to make the truck more appealing to the consumer as it sits its a 2004 tacoma xtra cab 4x4 with the 2.7l 5 speed manual transmission with manual locks windows and mirrors with 231k miles

Dude, don't bother. Just save your parts and time and money for the DC. Rake is normal, the suspension is likely clapped out all the way around anyway unless you have replaced the shocks.

Honestly, new OEM type shocks would probably be your best bet to make the truck's ride more appealing to prospective buyers.

Not enough to have a build thread.
I really wouldn't worry about appeal too much either. People go nuts for these trucks and they tend to hold their value well unless it's obviously a pile
