I've decided to do an OME lift with Dakars (I'll take a leaf off) in a few months on my '16 TRD sport. I'm getting the soft ride struts with UCA's. But I'm having trouble deciding whether to get the 887 or 888 coils. I'll have a 40lb bull bar when I put the lift kit on, which I think the 887 would still be good. But any recommendations based on personal experience?

    Way to much...but not enough.
Yes the 887's will be perfect. I went with the 886's on my TRD sport 4x4 but i'll have skids bumper a & winch. If you have any questions Marie at @HeadStrong Off-Road is awesome and knows her stuff. She can answer just about any question you have. I purchased my lift through them and couldn't be happier. Welcome to TW btw!:bananadance:

    Get the 888s.

The 887s settle a little lower than the rear with the dakars. Add any weight and it will be more. Spring rate is the same on both, but the extra 5 mm on the 888 helps get it closer to level.
