Just received my Husky X-Act front floor mats today. Before buying my Tacoma a year ago, I had weathertech mats all throughout my Xterra. Actually I'm still using the 2nd row mat from the Xterra in my Tacoma. I had no complaints with them other than when I first got them I expected them to be more rubbery feeling instead of feeling like a plastic.

So when it came to replacing the factory mats in my Tacoma I started searching and reading numerous posts from people who said to get the Husky instead of Weathertechs.

Now I have to say thank you to everyone who said to go with the Husky. The Husky mats are exactly the way I was originally expecting the weathertech's to be. They even seem to cover a larger area than my old weathertechs while still seeming just as durable.

So for everyone I read that recommended the Husky's, thanks for the great advice!

Now I'm just waiting for the price to go back down on Amazon so I can get one for the back seats.

Yes the X-Act Contours are definitely better than the Weathertecs which seem to be made from recycled trash can lids or something. Husky was late to the market with these and so a quick search turns up hundreds of old posts recommending the Weathertecs before the X-Act existed.

I'm bummed for some of my other vehicles there aren't X-Acts available and only WT. Been spoiled by the X-Acts in my Tacoma!
