Hey All - new to the Tacoma ownership world (picked up 2004 extra cab), and I have a little bit of noise coming from... well, I'm not sure - I'm guessing it's some sort of bearing, but I don't know, which is why I'm looking for a trusted Seattle area Mechanic who isn't going to try to rip me off.

The noise isn't too bad, but I wouldn't mind getting a head of hit vs. having something fail.

Any suggestions? I'm fairly mechanically inclined, so I could probably do something fairly easy myself, but I'm not sure where to start in locating the noise.

    Thanks!

Assuming that's a no? I've noticed that a lot of tacomaworld folks do their own work - that might be what needs to happen.

No prob, they rebuilt the top end of my engine and gave me a loaner 4Runner with no extra charge. Very happy with their service and quality, the tech on duty even offered to fix my exhaust manifold free of charge when he heard the leak.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Yeah, not many of us venture out of the sub forums anymore.

What part of Seattle do you want, and how much you looking at spending? That'll base where you go.
