Yeah well the techs are cool, it's the idiots at customer service and I've yelled at so many people in the last 5 or so weeks in regards to ATT it's ridiculous. The tech just wants to do his job and I just want TV and Internet but the central office or whatever all have their heads up their asses. Instead of changing my address, they cancelled my account at the old address and sent this tech to my old address... because that makes sense. So now we been waiting for them to make a new ticket to reflect my new address and reopen my account... WTF lol

 

So I'm about 4.5 beers deep and counting and running out of people to yell at

 

I never yell at techs, they just want the job done for the customer. CS gives no fucks, you're just a number to them.

 

Exactly. My tech has been chilling with me since like 9ish. He's cool as fuck
