I just had my windshield replaced today. Is this normal?

This is the bottom corner of the windshield. Both sides are the same. Is this part suppsoed to be glued down to make a water tight seal? I can pull up on this part.

    Thanks for your help!

The seals all around the windshield direct water or keep wind noise down but don't seal. The windshield glue is what seals. It's shouldn't leak but may be a wind noise if it's not the same as factory.
