Are you talking about these guys here? Or the ones that hang off next to the fender?

If the ones pictured, I thought they were all welded on?

I was covering the ones that hang next to the fender. I don't remember but I think mine were welded on plus I preferred the look of the plastic vs the metal so that the bumper would standout more. The circle @poopypantsT4R made is the front end of the frame where the bumper attaches to the truck. Mine was able to to fit fine without cutting the frame.

Well thanks to your pictures, build thread and emails with CBI, I've decided to go with the dual swing arms with a very similar setup to yours and the XO '16 Tacoma. Ultimately, for the reasons posted above, I think this will be the best option for my setup. Thanks again for changing my mind  .

I couldn't decide between the CBI Moab 2.0 and the Pelfreybilt and was going back and forth almost weekly. Then I saw a Moab while I was in traffic and my decision was made right then and there! Even though my front bumper will probably be done in a year or two, it will definitely be the Moab.

From what I've seen of their products so far, whatever I end up with, I'm sure it'll be quality all around. Hopefully get it ordered in the next month.....can't wait.

Btw- do you remember how much more the dual swing arm setup was compared to the single arm setup? Not that it matters....I'm just curious.

I hope so because it's going to be hard to wait a month to order this stuff.

I think it was 200 more on the outback bumper...i surf almost every day, and parking on the street would make pulling boards out of my truck impossible with a normal swing out. This makes it incredibly convenient. Dont buy the spindle covers...i thought i would take off the swing outs to save weight when driving around town...but the joke was on me...I would not want to take the swing outs off haha...I dread the day I will have to.

Well I finally did it...I placed my order with @CBI Offroad Fab. I'd decided on CBI from very early on and I've waited for this day for about 1.5 years. I spoke with Kenny who was very patient and understanding of what I wanted. Now the waiting game and then the drive down to CBI to have them install all of my stuff.

Thanks @Danactive again for convincing me to get the dual swing outs!!

Hopefully some pictures in the summer.

That looks great! You just made my day @MRBOND101 when I first made that install how to I felt it went un noticed and wasn't going to be used by anyone since I uploaded it as an attachment verses pictures in a thread... I'm currently deployed but when I get back I planned on putting it all into a thread so more people can benefit from it. Glad it worked out for you and basically proved to me that someone who had never done it before could literally just go step by step from the how to. Thanks again for the props and enjoy the most badass bumper around!

Anytime @Sna i know how stressful it can be with all the options and selections out there lol I try to give my advice where I can since a lot of people may see something they "want/like" but realistically may not actually work for their needs. You will not be disappointed with the dual swing arm! I can't tell you how many times I open them up and think to myself "thank god I got the dual swing arm" lol tight parking lots and my garage have already thanked me multiple times lol
