    Hi
Im wondering if there is a way to install a light bar and mount it, in the lower grill without removing the front bumper/upper grill and headlights? Im also wondering if its possible to remove the plastic grill or do I just need to cut it? Id like it to fit as snug as possible without causing any damage from removing the grill.

    Thanks!

    Welcome to tacomaworld
    You Can mount both ways.
    Behind lower grill or flush.
You can drill into crash bar or buy a bracket from @ragofabrication @CaliRaisedLed or several other vendors. (Or fab up your own):welder::sawzall:
You dont have to remove bumper or headlights....but It is easy to remove upper grill and makes install alot easier.

Try to Google search... tacomaworld.com led bar behind lower grill...
    Or 32" flush mount install
Lots of info on here already posted.

    Here's one. Tacomaworld.com link.
