first no start

96 tacoma 2.4L. standard cab 2WD 5spd.

2kw inverter, BMW 200A. fuse panel and 13 collisions,11while parked.7 the first year I bought it 5th radiator, 3rd cylinder head 339,000.miles currently

it's first no start. runs shortly on starting fluid sprayed from can. metal flange fitting on fuel line near engine has fuel when loosened. but my thumb could stop flow. (no real pressure with key off). should I be looking for a fuse or relay cause of my 96 2.4L 2wd Tacoma 5spd not starting ?
