2010 Taco 4×4 TRD

I'm getting do many don't do it and so many saying it won't matter. The 4×4 TRD only offers 3.73 witch I have and 4.11 witch I want??

First off, welcome to TW! If you re-gear the rear, you'll need to re-gear the front too since you're 4x4. Talk to east coast gear supply and they'll be able to hook you up with any questions you have. They're very knowledgeable.
