Im trying to help a friend get some bigger tires on his 2005 Silverado 1500 extended cab 2wd. He wants beefier tires that will also lift the truck a little without doing suspension work. Right now it has 245/70/17... Thanks

A buddy has 285's on his min. rubbing with a mud grappler.. a/t would be less for sure. turn the torsion bars a little.
