I put mine in last week. AFR is doing great, but the boost gauge has a bad cable going from gauge to sensor. Speedhut is sending a new one should be here thursday.

Is everyone running a single AFR sensor? If so, where did you all mount it? I only know of loginfailed, who uses 2 AFR widebands, one for each manifold.

After Y-pipe. Slightly skewed but should be good to go.

    Yup after the y pipe.

Question for you guys with ucon, now with it installed I think its running a little rich. Now the behavior is goes down to 10.5-11 with part throttle no boost, and will stay down there all the way through boost 1-6 psi. Before it gradually decreased.. hmm well have an apt setup with the tech to read the ucon and see what they say. Just curious to know what your afr curve looks like in relation to rpm/boost, etc..

I was gonna ask where people are putting them. I was just gonna run one bank. But would like to get it after the y pipe.

I have one AFR after the y pipe. It reads .2-.3 leaner roughly.

I went with one on each manifold just to have a more accurate complete picture of what's going on.

Before the cat is more accurate, but if you only do one side you're only getting half of the picture. A single sensor in the y-pipe gets you the whole picture but less accuracy.

Mounted mine between the first and second cat on the passenger side. AFR reads 14.7 on the dot on the passenger side at least. Good enough for me.

So my fan is barely rubbing against the coolant hose that goes to the water thermostat housing.... any ideas for a fix without having to remove the hose and drain all the coolant again? Maybe trimming fan blades just a little?

I think you're supposed to trim that hose, right? I vaguely remember something in the install manual saying if you don't trim this hose it will hit the fan.

Yea I did. I trimmed like 2.5 inches off that thing but it's still barely rubbing. It clears just fine when it's at idle but when I push the accelerator it touches juuuuuust a littl

Can you trim it a bit more? Or is there nothing left to trim?

I can but I'll have to do it without removing the hose from the male fitting so that I don't have to drain the coolant again.

That sounds like the best option. Just move the clamp, slice a little off and push it on some more then put the clamp back. Might wait till it cooled off though! Lol

A little rich? It's more like very rich for me if below 11 without boost. You have some Bully Dog specified tune in the UCON?

But it's supposed to learn right AF/R, I don't know how long it takes or how it works.

Use magnet to clean metal trash from the pipe, do not let it go to the CAT

So how does it work if you end up running too rich, how do you tune the UCON?
