Mods Delete Please

Hey everyone - looking to purchase my first taco here this week.

I have a question. Some of the trucks I'm looking at are priced well but they have either the non-HD nav unit (no backup camera down low, only in rear-view if I'm not mistaken), or the non-nav screen version.

I'd like the version with the backup camera in the nav screen which I believe is the HD?

Can I swap these around pretty easily between all 2012-2015 years? How expensive would the job be?

Seems to be a bit more info in the for sale threads. My head is spinning though. Looks like there was a billion different options between modules and some connectors for certain years.
