Whistling noise

    After driving my car for about 30/40 minutes. Can start to hear a whistling noise at idle. It never goes away until car is shut down for a while.

    Very faint. Sounds like it's air leaking from something, maybe a fan. i just got 20k service. They said it was fine nothing they could find. Mentioned about the self cleaning, but it's not that.

    Anyone else have this problem.

    Could be the high pressure fuel pump but most guys say it sounds like chirping crickets and not whistles.

    bunch of stuff - Bro Pro style
    At idle.. high pressure fuel pump... chirp chirp more than a whistle.... dealer will replace pump.
