    I recently bought a new to me 2010 Tacoma sport double cab and when I opened the glove box I found this plug. Looks like it would go to an old iPhone but it is hard wired in and goes to this box and then wired from there. Any ideas???

    It runs to your head unit so yiu can plug an ipod in and play your music. Its an aftermarket thing

    It's an old iPod hookup. Runs to your head unit. I had one on my 07.
