I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
I had a close call with water in the cab. Luckily it didn't get to any of my electronics

    Water does indeed suck.

Mine was minor too, only had water come in the back in one spot which I am sealing back up and in the front before I even tubbed. Ripped out all my carpet and jute padding and replacing it all with vinyl since the carpet and padding was molding and I don't wanna deal with that if I ever sub again.

Oh man yours looked worst than mine did. I definitely don't want to swamp mine again after doing all this work to it

I got stuck two times in shamokin one weekend. First time I had water bubbling up through my weathertechs. Next time it was running out my door speakers. Idk how the motor didn't hydrolock. That was a fun cleanup week after that.

I'm done with water crossings if I can avoid it.
Too much work to clean and dry the truck if water gets into the cab. A LOT of work if the water messes up anything electric or electronic.

Water is fun until it comes inside the cab. But you also are still a virgin if youve never had water in the cab... and at that point the #NFG level hits over 9000

9:45-ish - Mitch and Wicked arrives
10:30 - restart hitting the trails.

Bring lunch: We'll eat trail-side. Sandwiches and hydration. Something to grill if you're lucky to have Bryan in your trail group.

This. Literally drilled holes in my floor in the jeep with a cordless and strung my work laptop in a backpack in a few trashbags up from the rollbar before hitting this one pit. Fun as hell and I had water up to my waist. I sold it a couple weeks after.
