2013 Nautical Blue Tacoma trd sport

Moto Metal 970 18x9 rims 3" spacer lift/level Banks exhaust with y pipe Remote start

I need your guys help bad on this one! Every time I drive down the highway either going into the wind, or if its windy out it does this constantly. It makes a loud whistle/vibration noise coming from what seems to be the top of each the driver and passenger window seal maybe even the roof? It is so loud and annoying that I refuse to take it on the highway until it is fixed because it drives me crazy ANY help on this would be greatly appreciated!
