Can 2.7l with ome or toytech lift run 285s with no cab mount chop what size wheel. ?

4banger 5speed Manuel access cab silver

None yet

So I have a access cab 2.7l. Manuel 2009 bone stock but want a lift and everyone says to go with ome or toytech whitch is better for the 2.7l and since its lighter not exceeding the 3in i do plan for ucas what stage clip would I want my lift to run 285s with no cab mount chop and minor trimming. I am planing for new wheels what size is recemended for least rubing but want that big 285 tire. Also I have a budget of 3,000-3750
